I think it is best to use with some type of primer or creme based product to let it adhere to the location you are applying.

Who doesn’t love sparkles? This glitter is extremely tiny so you don’t have giant specs reflecting and looking weird. Easy to apply and pretty minimal fallout. I use the eyeshadow stick with the glitter and both shades look great!
