Refund policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your Girlactik purchase, you may send it back to us for a full refund.
• Returns must be received within 21 days from date of delivery.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days from receiving the merchandise; you will receive confirmation once credit is processed.
• We reserve the right to deny refund, if merchandise returned doesn’t meet policy requirements.
• Returns will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase within 7 days.
• Email hello@girlactik.com to contact a customer service representative, you will be contacted within 48 hours.
There are no refunds for international orders and no return shipping label will be created for those orders. International shipping is too expensive for girlactik to bear the costs of shipping a product back.
If a customer wants to return the merchandise to girlactik for a refund, the customer at their own expense can send it back to our offices. Once we receive the package, we will process the return on the value of the products returned, only. Duties and shipping will not be refunded. Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Duties are collected by the country the package entered into and any fees collected have to be dealt with by the customer at their local government customs office.
