Return Policy

Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your Girlactik purchase, you may send it back to us for a full refund.  Send an email to ron@girlactik.com to get started on setting up a return.

• Returns must be received within 30 days from order date.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days from receiving the merchandise; you will receive confirmation once credit is processed.
• We reserve the right to deny refund, if merchandise returned doesn’t meet policy requirements.
• Returns will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase within 14 days.
• Email ron@girlactik.com to contact a customer service representative, you will be contacted within 24 hours.

Due to the high cost of shipping there are no returns or exchanges on international orders.  If you have an issue, what we can do for you is help you with a free item on your next order as an exchange.  If you need to do an exchange please email ron@girlactik.com for assistance.
