Is this a multi-use lip product in one ?

It’s three different lip looks in one. A sparkling lip balm that gives your lips a pretty subtle sparkle with a hint of gloss on bare lips. Gloss the lip sparkle balm into a sparkly gloss by applying 2 coats of the sparkle balm on one of your lips. Then, apply your favorite clear gloss on your bare lip and blot together for a sparkling gloss. For a metallic finish apply the sparkle balm over your liquid lipstick once dried down for a metallic playful finish. These 3 applications can give your pout a pretty subtle sparkle your lips will love!
