All orders placed on Girlactik.com are shipped via USPS with the following rates:

International orders- Due to the high cost of shipping their are no returns on items ordered.  

Girlactik Beauty is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events. For example if your package says delivered but did not arrive, please be patient and it should arrive within a few days. If it does not, please email us and we can help resolve this issue for you.
If the package says arrived, girlactik considers the package to have arrived. If there are any issues, we can work with you to resolve the issues, but no refunds will be given on a delivered package unless the products are sent back to girlactik's offices.
